OUR PHILOSOPHY
We roast in small batches because we actually care.
Honestly, we got tired of over-roasted, bitter coffee that tasted like charcoal. So we bought a small commercial roaster, set up shop in Prior Lake, and started experimenting. We burnt more than a few batches early on, but we finally got it right.
Now, we source single-origin beans directly from farms we trust. We roast them light to medium to let the natural flavors of the cherry shine through. No burnt beans, no shortcuts. Just clean, vibrant coffee that tastes exactly like coffee should.
